Family-owned Melbourne builder of aluminium-framed, full off-road caravans in its RVO and RVX ranges, which it says are designed and built in Melbourne.
Atlas Caravans is a family-owned builder in Melbourne. Caravan World's March 2025 review names the owner as Aleks Bumbroski, a former diesel mechanic with earlier caravan-manufacturing experience who began building caravans in 2021, and gives the company's address as Thomastown, Victoria. Atlas says its vans are "designed and built in Melbourne" and that "every model is proudly Australian-made".
Atlas builds two full off-road, aluminium-framed ranges, RVO and RVX, across more than 10 layouts, with a one-piece fibreglass roof and a one-piece honeycomb floor that Atlas says reduce weak points and the risk of water getting in. The RVO 216FD belongs to the RVO range, which Atlas pitches at buyers who want a complete, off-road capable package.
Atlas backs its vans with a five-year structural warranty and sells through dealers. Its website does not say how long builds take.
